Miller teaches music smarts to future elementary educators

“I was told when I was in high school that I shouldn’t go to college, but it was because my school didn’t tell me, or I didn't know, that I could study music which is what I was smart at. Now I'm sitting here with a Ph.D.,” said Kateri Miller, the newest assistant professor for the Minot State Division of Music.
