Dr. Marschner is an Assistant Professor at Minot State University in the Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Program within the Kinesiology Department.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a minor in Psychology from University of North Dakota (’08) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of North Dakota (’11).

After receiving her doctorate, she worked as a physical therapist at Trinity Health in Minot, North Dakota, working with a wide variety of patients.  She specialized in sports medicine, postural restoration techniques, ergonomics and vestibular therapy.

Prior to her work as a physical therapist, she worked as an athletic trainer for Achieve Therapy & Fitness in Grand Forks, North Dakota and worked for one summer at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.

Dr. Marschner joined Minot State University in the fall of 2017.  She loves working with students in hands-on learning and finding fun and exciting ways to make learning more memorable.  Being able to see students gain confidence in new skills and concepts learned in her classrooms is one of her passions.
