 Instructors The Victim Assistance Academy for North Dakota has developed a faculty/trainer selection criteria. Anyone interested in becoming an instructor for the VAAND must complete a faculty application. A faculty/trainer selection committee will review all applications and choose the instructors for each module of the curriculum.
