Membership
Eligibility
Any person teaching or supervising any driver and traffic safety program
or anyone interested in driver and traffic shall be eligible for membership.

Types of Membership
Active Membership
Active membership is open to anyone engaged in the instruction of driver
and traffic safety education programs.
Associate Membership
Associate membership is open to anyone interested in driver and traffic
safety education or to students who are enrolled in a recognized college
program in driver and traffic safety education.
Honorary Membership
Honorary membership may be granted to individuals who have made outstanding
contributions to the field of driver and traffic safety education upon
action of the President of the NDDTSEA with the approval of the board of
directors or a 3/4 majority vote by active members present at any association
meeting.
Sustaining Membership
Sustaining membership shall be granted to any organization or individual
that contributed to the NDDTSEA.
Dues
Persons and/or organizations eligible for membership become members upon
payment of their yearly dues. The membership year begins with the spring
conference and ends prior to the following spring conference.
Dues are as follows:
