Nationwide there has been an increase in motor vehicle fatalities due to the popularity of electronic devices in the motor vehicle. Such items include cell phones, fax machines, i-pods, video monitors and a host of others. Motor vehicle drivers are chronically faced with numerous distractions that divers their attention from the driving task. [K-12] [Room D30]
