Grade Reports (New Procedure)

The Minot State University Center for Extended Learning will no longer be mailing unofficial grade reports to all workshop participants.  You will need to log in to CampusConnection to print a free unofficial transcript or request an official transcript from the MSU Records Office.  Please note that beginning in the summer of 2006 official transcripts will cost $5.00 each. 

Using CampusConnection

       Obtain your User ID:

• Go to www.minotstateu.edu
• Click on CampusConnection
• Click on "Click Here to Begin Using CampusConnection"
• Click on "What is My User ID?"
• Enter your SS #, First Name, Last Name, and DOB
• Write down your User ID.  This is your student ID number!

       Obtain your Password:

• Click on "Forgot My Password"
• Answer the validation question
• Click on Email New Password
• Go to the email account provided to obtain your password

**If you do not have access to the email address provided, experience difficulty, or receive errors please contact the NDUS Helpdesk at
1-866-457-6387.

Once you have your User ID and Password, you are ready to log in!

      Change your Password:

• Click on “My System Profile"
• Click on “Change password” (must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 digit)
• Click Save

      Accessing Unofficial Transcripts (Grade Reports)

• Click on “Academic Records”
• Click on “View Unofficial Transcript"
• Select “Minot State University and Unofficial"
• Click “Go”
• Scroll to the left to view your transcript
• Print
