Through a collaborative effort this program will not only provide many benefits to the members of MFOA, but also prove to be an exciting time for your group of professionals to learn together this coming summer.

2008 MFOI Schedule

Pre-Registration

Complete the following steps to register for this year’s Institute:

2. Print the form and complete the registration.

3. Mail your registration and a $50 deposit (check or money order payable to Minot State University) to:

Registration deadline is Friday, May 30, 2008 . You may pay the full $135 registration fee with your application or pay the balance on the first day of the institute. Your official registration will take place upon receipt of your deposit. You will receive an email confirmation when payment is received. Participants will earn 1.3 CEUs.

Institute fee: $135 (Includes tuition, materials, and Recognition Luncheon)

Lodging: Minot State University has reserved a block of single and double rooms ($50/60 respectively) with Grand International - Minot. Call 701-852-3161 to make your reservation. Deadline for room reservations is Friday, May 30, 2008.
