Civilian students registering for classes on the Air Force Base are subject to a background check, required and completed by the military before enrollment is official. This Base Pass Request form will be emailed for you to fill out and return. For more information about classes or base access call the MSU office on the MAFB at 701-727-9044. The Base Pass Request form is also available at the Center for Extended Learning Office on the third floor of Administration. The Francis Deignan Building (Education Center) is one block past the first stop light on the left hand side of the road.
