Minot State University and Bismarck State College have collaborated on an innovative academic endeavor to meet the needs of students interested in a career in criminal justice, management, psychology, or social work. You have the opportunity to earn the following degrees from Minot State University on the Bismarck State College campus:

Bachelor of Addiction Studies
Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice
Bachelor of Science in Management
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
Bachelor of Social Work

You must be accepted for admission to Minot State University before registering for any course. If you have not previously applied for admission to MSU, visit Enrollment Services for an admissions checklist and online application.

Students who have previously attended MSU but have skipped one or more semesters must complete the Application for Re-Admission form and submit it to the Registrar's Office to be eligible to register for classes.

Visit the Fall Schedule for a list of available courses. All courses are offered for the 16 week fall and spring semesters or the 8 week summer semester.  Minot State also offers courses online and by correspondence.

Registration for all Minot State University courses takes place through your self-service CampusConnection portal.  You can enroll in a course, drop a course, view and print your class schedule, view grades and print an unofficial transcript, and much more in CampusConnection.  Please call Bobbi Jo Zueger at (701) 224-5496 for further details.

Textbooks for Minot State University students taking classes on the Bismarck State College campus may be purchased at the Bismarck State College Bookstore. Textbooks for online or correspondence courses, however, may only be purchased from the Minot State University bookstore by calling 1-800-777-0750, ext. 3390 or online from the MSU Bookstore. When purchasing books by phone, please emphasize that you are a Minot State University student taking classes in Bismarck and have the course number, course name, and class number handy.

Visit Tuition and Fees [pdf] for tuition rates, payment information, and financial aid information. Visit the MSU Business Office for information regarding the last day to drop a course or withdraw from classes. All refunds and withdrawals are subject to university policy.

Library Services
If you have an MSU student ID card, you can visit the Circulation Desk at the Gordon B. Olson Library to have your ID card activated for library use and services. If you are enrolled solely in off-campus courses and don't have an MSU ID card, you can apply for a library card by visiting the Off-Campus Library Services webpage. Information on how to use the catalog (ODIN), article databases, and other e-resources is available through the library’s homepage.
