SPED 441: Methods of Teaching Persons with Mild Mental Handicaps

Focuses on programming the developmental sequence in reading, writing, and arithmetic, and language in a life experience curriculum for persons with mild mental retardation. Public Law 101-476(IDEA) and writing IEP's are stressed. Prerequisite: Admission to Teacher Education. This prerequisite may be waved for students in the DD program.
