• Recall there will be some linkage mapping questions on the final.  See problems attached for practice.  Use 3-point cross data (above to practice a 3-point mapping problem)Genetics linkage prob set    and  answer key linkage problem set key

 

• There will also be a few questions related to lab 10.  Understand genetic polymorphisms, PCR and DNA electrophoresis as we applied these concepts in lab 10.
