Great Plains Exceptional Scholar recipients announced
Minot State University today awarded nine incoming first-year students with Great Plains Exceptional Scholar Awards. These students have earned a $14,000 scholarship provided by Minot State University in support of its goal to become one of the premier public, regional universities in the Great Plains of North America.
